This depends on what you selected when posting your job. We recommend you choose “Jobcase Inbox” when asked “How would you like to receive your applicants,” so that you can use our candidate management tool to communicate with candidates. If you use Jobcase Inbox, you get to use our awesome tools and you also get an email every time someone applies to your job!
To get the list of candidates who have come into your Jobcase Inbox, on the “Menu” button in the upper left corner [#1], and then "Employer Center" [#2]. This will bring to to your main company page--from there, click "See Your Jobs" [#3] and then "Candidates" [#4] to get to the Candidates page. All of your candidates will be listed here.
Click on any candidates name [#5] to see a preview of their resume [#6] and any message they may have sent with their application [#7] (shown in the image below is the default message that is sent if the applicant doesn't customize it). To see the applicant's full profile page, click their name at the top of this page [#8]. To message the user through Jobcase Inbox, type your message into the text box [#9] and then click "Send" [#10].
