Recommended Candidates are Jobcase members that the Jobcase team has carefully selected as great potential matches for your open position. Our technology looks at the information in your job description and matches it to all the information we know about our members who live near your business. We then send you recommended candidates to review who we think are a great fit for you role. This process saves you time and effort so you can find your next great employee faster.
To access and review your recommended candidates, click on the "Candidates" tab from your StreetSmarts dashboard [#1], then "Recommended Candidates" [#2]. From here, you can click on a candidate's name [#3] to see their profile. You also have the option to invite the user to apply [#4] or decline them [#5]. Note that Recommended Candidates do not know that they have been recommended unless you invite them, and they are not notified if you decline them.
